Nieces? For those of you who “thought” you knew me … I do have another sister … Tracey … who is married to Patrick … they live in northwestern Oklahoma … and have 2 little girls, Macey and Molly …
When Brett and Cass were playing high school football, their Aunt Tracey became a very vital part of “Friday Night Wildcat Football” … and there were newcomers to Madill that heard them (and their buddies) refer to their Aunt Tracey … and they would look at me and then look at Tracey … then look at Dad! You see, Tracey is ever bit of 6’ tall and as tall as she is, she is proud of it, and as proud of her height, she is beautiful. Put her in the mix of our family photos and up comes the question … which came first … the grandkids or the Aunt Tracey?
Tracey and I have created alot of fun and endured alot of heartache together. Of course, with us, there has ALWAYS been more fun than heartache! At one time in our lives, we could have written a best seller, all the way from what people bought at the convenience store at 6am to what NOT to wear when you are going away from your house …. Probably still could (and should) write that book!
Macey and Molly are Patrick and Tracey's little ones! Although Tracey always tried to keep a stern upper lip when it came to 4-legged babies, she maintained a soft spot for Maverick (note the pic of Maverick laying on the sofa at Tracey's ... RIP Mavvy) ... the Boston Terrier I had over 10 years ago ... therefore I knew there was hope for Tracey and the 4-legged baby thing ... little did I know it would produce 2 babies!! The girls are currently getting their cheers lined out for their cousin Grady Buck Carter and his upcoming sporting events …. but right now, they are cheering on their Dad as he naps on the sofa!!
Here are a few cute clips of my nieces … Macey and Molly (with their dad)! Enjoy!
Oh, and to protect the honor of my Dad along with my Dad and Mom’s marriage … the grandkids came first!
